1. About This Service

This platform is a personal proof-of-concept (POC) project created and maintained by Theeta Rungruangknokkul ("Creator", "I", "me"). It is not a commercial product. It exists to explore and demonstrate the feasibility of custom AI integrations — and to lay the groundwork for a longer-term goal of building private, self-hosted AI using open-source models.

In its current form, this Service connects to third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic). This means data you submit is processed by those providers, subject to their own privacy policies. This is a known, intentional limitation of the current POC phase.

By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Our Longer-Term Vision

One of the driving motivations behind this project is to eventually explore private AI — self-hosted, open-source models that process data entirely within a controlled environment, without relying on third-party AI APIs.

The current POC phase uses OpenAI and Anthropic as the underlying AI providers because they are the most practical and capable options for demonstrating the concept quickly. Future phases of this project aim to move toward open-source model integrations (such as Llama, Mistral, or similar) to reduce or eliminate third-party data sharing.

Until that transition happens, this Privacy Policy applies in full.

3. What Data We Collect

Data You Provide

  • Account information — such as your email address or username if you sign up
  • Chat messages — the content of any messages you send through the Service
  • API keys — if you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) functionality, the keys you provide

Data Collected Automatically

  • Basic usage data such as timestamps and session information
  • Any data your browser sends by default (e.g. IP address, browser type)

4. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used solely to:

  • Operate and provide the Service
  • Route your messages to the appropriate AI provider to generate a response
  • Maintain basic functionality such as authentication

This is a personal POC project. Your data is not sold, monetized, or used for advertising of any kind.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

This is the most important section to understand.

When you send a message through this Service, that message is transmitted to one or more of the following third-party AI providers to generate a response:

  • OpenAI —
  • Anthropic —

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your chat content will be shared with, but not limited to, these providers in order to generate AI responses
  • These providers may process, store, or use your data according to their own privacy policies, which are outside the Creator's control
  • The Creator makes no guarantees about how these providers handle your data
  • You should not submit sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information through this Service

Future versions of this Service may introduce additional AI providers or integrations. This policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you provide your own API keys through the BYOK feature:

  • Your keys are used solely to authenticate requests to the relevant third-party AI provider on your behalf
  • The Creator takes no responsibility for the security, exposure, or misuse of keys you provide
  • You should treat your API keys as sensitive credentials and rotate them if you suspect any compromise

7. Data Storage & Security

This is an experimental POC project. While reasonable effort is made to avoid unnecessary data exposure:

  • No guarantees of security are made
  • Data may be stored in third-party infrastructure (e.g. databases, cloud services) that the Creator uses to run the Service
  • You should not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information through this Service

8. Data Retention

There is no formal data retention policy at this stage. Data may be retained indefinitely or deleted at any time at the Creator's discretion. If you wish to request deletion of your data, contact the Creator directly.

9. Cookies & Tracking

This Service may use cookies or local storage for basic session management (e.g. keeping you logged in). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

10. Children's Privacy

This Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. No data is knowingly collected from minors.

11. International Users

This Service is operated from Thailand. If you access it from outside Thailand, you do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. No representations are made regarding compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, or any other data protection regulation in any jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
