Terms of Service

1. About This Service

This platform ("the Service") is a personal proof-of-concept (POC) project created and maintained by Theeta Rungruangknokkul ("Creator", "I", "me"). It exists solely to demonstrate technical capability and feasibility of custom AI integrations. It is not a commercial product, not a startup, and not affiliated with any company.

Features are experimental, incomplete, and subject to change or removal at any time without notice. Current and future features may include, but are not limited to: AI chat interfaces, Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) functionality, third-party AI model integrations, and other exploratory capabilities.

By accessing, registering, or using this Service in any way, you acknowledge you are using an experimental, personal project with no guarantees of any kind.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or signing into this Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any future modifications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity

The Creator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user at any time, for any reason, without notice.

5. Third-Party AI Services

This Service acts as an interface to third-party AI providers including but not limited to OpenAI and Anthropic. Your use of those underlying models is also subject to their respective terms of service and usage policies. The Creator has no control over those models' outputs, behaviors, or availability.

6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

The Service may offer or in the future offer BYOK functionality, allowing users to supply their own API keys for third-party AI services. If you use BYOK:

  • You are solely responsible for the security and management of your API keys
  • You are solely responsible for any costs, usage, or consequences arising from the use of your keys through this Service
  • The Creator assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any unauthorized use, exposure, or misuse of keys you provide

7. Data & Privacy

This is an experimental service with no guarantees regarding data security, retention, or privacy. You should not enter sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information into this Service. Any data you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers subject to their own privacy policies.

The Creator makes no representations regarding data protection compliance of any kind, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, or any other data protection framework in any jurisdiction.

8. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE CREATOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SUITABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Indemnification & Full Release of Liability

By signing up for or signing into this Service, you fully, irrevocably, and unconditionally waive, release, and relinquish any and all rights to take any legal, regulatory, administrative, or any other form of action against Theeta Rungruangknokkul, in any jurisdiction, in any court, tribunal, regulatory body, or forum of any kind, anywhere in the world, arising out of or in connection with your use of this Service.

This release covers, without limitation:

  • Any harm, damage, or loss of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
  • Any issues related to data, privacy, or security, including data loss, data exposure, or unauthorized access
  • Any output generated by AI models accessed through this Service
  • Any issues arising from BYOK functionality, now or in the future
  • Any harm caused by downtime, bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior of the Service
  • Any future features or changes to the Service
  • Any matter whatsoever related to this Service, in its current or any future form

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Theeta Rungruangknokkul from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Creator shall not be liable for any damages of any kind under any legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that somehow arise despite Section 9 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
